The story looks promising if it got fleshed out a bit more. Would absolutely love concept art and background lore for the monsters.. Completed The Game. It's A Good Game! I Hope You Guys Get To Update It Sooner Cause I'm Pretty Sure Alot Of People Will Like It!. so far so good i love it for what it is however.unless its essensially to the story id love to see a litttle charecter creater however thats just me being picky. i do love it and congrats on getting somthing mlp on steam i hear hasbro can be asses about anything slightly related to mlp however do get fooled so far this to me is just a game that has ponys in it and its pretty creepy and the controls arnt so bad either il update once im done :). Makes me sad to see ponies dying. Otherwise, its fun. Creeped me out though...... Good job on the game, it plays well and has an interesting original story + multiple endings and i assume you will be adding to it hopefully (like some sort of mapping system for finding your way back to the specific color door you just found the key for). I also like the dark and gory theme behind it, not exactly scary but definitely dark and disturbing.. Well made game. I realy liked the characters and dark atmosphere. I hope to see new updates coming soon.. Not sure how to feel about this.The gameplay is neat, but the "horror" is really lackingLevels were fun (except the final level, that sucked). UPDATEDFor the 2$ ish is basscilly a complete game with no techinical issues,,, Beat the entire game in under 4 hours but could be beaten 1st time around in less then 3 or even in 2 hours if useing the "Shooter" controls...so ya for 2$ its worth it. but don't expect too much...Decent game with a lot of movment fustration via Classic and rpg controls. Shooter controls are the only setup I suggest, The AI/Players track paterent is just bad when useing Classic, or RPG controls. Great old school graphics, awesome sounds/music., easy to follow menu. Troubles with "Early Access" [FIXED]: Due to the mistake, we have released the game as the final version instead of an early access. The game is not ready for that yet, and the problem is currently being solved with Valve. We hope that everything will be okay soon and D'LIRIUM will appear as an "Early Access". We watched all the video about games, that we managed to find, analyzed them and searched for bugs. Most of those bugs have been fixed. One of the remaining small problems is the periodical flicker of objects. However, we included a lot of interesting, new things! Most of those, of course, is just visual, they also play a certain role. Lets begin… Now the game visually tells us, when it is saved. Minor Balance changes in maniac state. Menu soundtrack and intro were changed to Christmas ones. A lot of major errors corrections. Certain in-game information was changed (WARNING! The main directory was changed, so old saves and settings would not be found!) New, good ending (As a prize to those, who don’t kill anyone). Sanity (for example, death from fear) concept has been improved Lets explain more about this concept:Idea for it was created just after the TGA2017, when Hideo Kojima presented third trailer of the Death Stranding. The discussions caused by his game in our team were much hotter than even those about our own game. When the details were still unknown, many players guessed, that the underwater world, where the Reedus’ character appeared is the afterlife one. It's funny, but later it turned out right. We had an idea «What if we also try to develop some other mechanic of death?». We discussed about our new game concept for a very long time. We needed to decrease the amount of Game Overs when the player failed. As a result, we took death concept from the Prey(2006) and started to experiment with it. So...Everytime Ada «dies» from fear, she would appear in a little location - her personal hell. It will have a big heart stricken with Darkness with a new runes (personality shards) scattered through the level. If you bring those shards to heart - they will heal it. Player can go back to life anytime, you just need to approach the heart and press <use> button, banishing the darkness from within. Upon the return player would get as much sanity points as the amount of shards that player brought to heart.This concept is currently on testing stage. Many features have not been added and are not finalized yet. However, we don’t have much time anymore and our Christmas gift can’t be delayed. In our opinion, we did well. Game balance was changed significantly though it still needs further development. We will continue working on fixing bugs found by the community.Overall, update is quite big and we are satisfied with the result despite not achieving most of the previous goals. Nevertheless, it is not important now as the everything is much better than before, so I wish you a pleasant game and searching for bugs. Every though the "help" window is available at any moment, almost noone had been using it. We dare to guess, noone had even noticed it. Therefore, there will be a intrusive tip about it before the beginning of the game now.Some were complaining about the fonts that came out hard to read. That's why we have discussed it and drew a new font. And, for the most fastidious of our players, we have added the standard Arial font (however, we don't like it).A lot of players mistaken this game for a horror game. That's not right. The game is, first of all, the action game, it's scares are just a bonus. That concerns us, because the players end up expecting a horror from it.The most important thing, we suppose, is the players' complaints about the game having no tutorial. Let's put it like this: we like it when the game doesn't hold our hand. We have made a "help" window, but we take a great pleasure in observing a player figuring the game's functions out on their own. As we can see in the letsplays, the people play our game in absolutely different ways. Some just overclick the enemies with magic, some use teleport, some prefer to avoid contact, and some look for secrets. That's awesome!Also, the music in the game deserves mentioning. You did hear what sound quality the game uses. Quite a bad one, is it not? We have improved that. And so, we are going to release [already released] the soundrack as a DLC for sale. It'll only cost a little, and will contain every soundtrack the game uses, but in the HQ. If the DLC is downloaded, the game will replace the standard soundtrack with the HQ one. The simple and pleasant bonus for those, who love HQ soundtrack in the game. Why do we need to sell it? Well... I REALLY want a new synthesizer.That's just the little part of the changes made. It's hard to remember everything that's been changed.We truly wish to thank all of the bloggers that were recording the letsplays and streaming our game!First of all, we want to thank Zulin. It's a pity that he didn't want to explore the game deeper. To come up with the design, then to realize it and to compile every detail to a full-fledged level, after all. There are some enthusiasts who are ready to translate the game to their native language, but not everywhere.
